Who we are
UGC & AI Collaby Academy is a next-generation training and community platform built for AI content creators, entrepreneurs and digital producers. It is an academy that brings UGC creators and brands together, with AI-assisted content production and collaboration at its centre.
Our story
The academy was founded by Serap Şirin and Sebahat Göktaş. The idea was simple: anyone who wants to produce with artificial intelligence should find the training and the people to work alongside in one place, instead of losing time across scattered sources.
Our vision
To turn AI-assisted content production from a hobby into a sustainable profession. That is why we pair the training with MatchAI: the creator posts a listing, brands apply, and the match happens on the creator's terms.
Our mission
To teach our members the current AI tools, repeatable professional workflows and the commercial side of working with brands — and to do it inside a community that is free and open to everyone.
The Academy is not an agency or a job placement platform; it offers no guarantee of collaborations, projects, income or matches.
